Crackenback Farm Guesthouse is the ideal alpine escape, the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy our welcoming hospitality in one of the most picturesque locations in the Snowy Mountains . We have six cosy, well-appointed guest rooms in a variety of configurations for your comfort and enjoyment. All rooms have queen beds as a minimum and their own bathrooms, with extra beds for children available. Twin singles are available on request. All have TVs and DVD players.

Included in all tariffs is a delicious country breakfast to give you a great start to your day.

Guestroom Rates

All rates are per room per night, twin share, for a double room with en suite bathroom and queen bed minimum.

In some instances a two night minimum stay is required.

New Year Peak – Monday 28 December 2020 to Sunday 3 January 2021 (incl.).  Two night min stay.

Easter Peak – Friday 2 April to Monday 5 April 2021 (incl.)    Two night min stay.

NOTE: We are closed over Christmas from Monday 21 December 2020, reopening Monday 28 December 2020.

 

Summer/Easter Guestroom – Dinner, Bed & Breakfast

Includes a cooked country breakfast for two AND a three-course a la carte dinner for two (excluding all beverages).

Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights.

Accommodation Information

Check In is from 2pm.
Check Out is by 10am.

Very early Check Out/Late Check In requires prior arrangement.

Maximum 2 adults and 3 children (2-16 years old) per room.

The Child’s Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package includes selections from the Children’s Menu only. Meal upgrades are available for older children at an additional cost.

Infants are classified as 2 years and under.  A cot with linen is available for $25 per stay.

Rooms are serviced daily.

Guests can request twin beds instead of a double at the time of booking.

All rooms and guest areas are non-smoking.

There are no self-catering or guest laundry facilities available.

Sorry, no pets.

Payment Policy

For winter packages, 50% deposit of booking total is due within 14 days to confirm the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay balance on time may result in loss of deposit and booking.

For summer packages, full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Payments can be made by direct deposit, EPTPOS or Visa and Mastercard. Please note: credit card payments attract a 1.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified before full payment is due, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no show, the total price of the booking will be charged. All refunds are individually considered.
