Here in the Snowy Mountains we are lucky to have some of the most stunning natural landscapes in the world, enjoying pristine countryside and abundant wildlife all around us.
It has been a lifelong passion of mine to create the perfect synergy between great country food and hospitality, and our stunning landscapes and mountain lifestyle. Crackenback Farm Restaurant & Guesthouse is the realisation of that dream.
I have been in the Hospitality industry all my life. As daughter of food and wine man Len Evans, it is in my DNA! As a trained chef I have worked in catering and restaurants in Sydney, Adelaide, Thredbo, the Hunter Valley, London and the French Alps, settling back in the Snowy Mountains in 2013 to bring my own touch to food and lodgings in the beautiful Crackenback Valley.
My brother Toby Evans is also on hand to look after our guests, and ensure they have a memorable stay.
